The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Centre Manager to provide operational leadership for Brighton Diagnostic Treatment Centre. You will have overall responsibility for the day-to‑day performance, regulatory compliance, quality, and commercial success of the centre, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of all diagnostic services. In addition, you will act as the CQC Registered Manager, taking full accountability for governance, inspection readiness, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior leadership role, ideally suited to a qualified Radiographer with substantial experience in diagnostic imaging operations and previous experience as an Imaging Manager or similar senior role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operation of the centre, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery across all modalities.
- Optimise patient flow, capacity, utilisation, waiting times, and booking efficiency.
- Ensure appropriate staffing, resources, and equipment to meet clinical and operational demand.
