Precision matters here.

Our client manufactures tight-tolerance components that end up in surgical devices, aircraft, trains, and cars where a fraction of a millimetre is the difference between pass and fail.

They're looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to be part of that story, not just watch it from a desk.

The Role

This isn't a paperwork job. You'll split your time between the shop floor and the QMS, making sure the two never drift apart. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll:

  • Walk the floor daily, spotting issues before they become problems
  • Lead non-conformance investigations from root cause through to closure
  • Support goods-in inspection to keep bad material out before it starts
  • Own CAPAs that actually stick, not just tick a box
  • Keep the Quality Management System a true reflection of what's happening in production
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that make the next batch better than the last
  • What You'll Bring
  • Experience working within ISO 13485 environments
  • Strong Excel skills, including building your own formulas
  • A solid grip on CAPA processes and root cause analysis
  • The judgement to translate real-world production into robust QMS practice
  • A genuine hands-on mentality equally comfortable on the floor or at a desk
  • Why This One's Worth a Look

You'll be joining a business where quality isn't a checkbox exercise, it's the product.

The components you help sign off could end up in a hospital, an aircraft, or a train carriage.

Few quality roles offer that range of impact, and fewer still give you this much ownership over how it's delivered.
