Where quality isn’t a support function, it’s critical to patient safety and aircraft reliability. We’re working with a precision engineering business in Rotherham supplying into medical devices and aerospace, now looking for a Quality Manager to take full ownership of the QMS and lead quality across the site.
The role:
- Lead and develop the QMS aligned to ISO 13485 & AS9100
- Own audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and customer audits
- Oversee validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), CAPA, and risk management (ISO 14971)
- Drive continuous improvement, right-first-time, and quality culture
- Manage supplier quality and act as the key customer interface
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Quality leadership within medtech and/or aerospace environments
- Ideally experience working within CNC machining or precision engineering environments (not required)
- Someone who can lead, influence, and improve, not just maintain
- A high-impact role in a growing business where you’ll shape both systems and culture.
