The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will become the heartbeat of our manufacturing operation, someone who thrives on connecting strong leadership with exceptional shopfloor performance. This is a key senior role where you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, customers are delighted, and the shopfloor team feels supported, engaged, and proud of what they deliver.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Owning day-to-day site operations across production, planning, and delivery
- Ensuring capacity, people, and production plans are aligned to meet customer demand
