Quality Manager | Rotherham | MedTech & Aerospace - Hybrid

Where quality isn’t a support function, it’s critical to patient safety. We’re working with a precision engineering business in Rotherham supplying into medical devices and aerospace, now looking for a Quality Manager to take full ownership of the QMS and lead quality across the site.

The role:

  • Lead and develop the QMS aligned to ISO 13485 & AS9100
  • Own audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and customer audits
  • Oversee validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), CAPA, and risk management (ISO 14971)
  • Drive continuous improvement, right-first-time, and quality culture
  • Manage supplier quality and act as the key customer interface

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Quality leadership within medtech manufacturing environments
  • Ideally experience working within CNC machining or precision engineering environments (not required)
  • Someone who can lead, influence, and improve, not just maintain
