Medical Technology Talent is supporting a rapidly growing precision engineering and medical device manufacturing business in Leeds that is investing heavily in its future operations, people, and technology. The business is part of a larger, financially strong engineering group and will soon be moving into a brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as part of its long-term growth strategy.
We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to play a key role within a highly regulated Class III medical device manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, investigations, and driving quality improvement activities across manufacturing operations.
The Role
- Customer complaints and investigations
- CAPA management and root cause analysis
- Supporting external quality activities
- Working closely with customers and internal manufacturing teams
- Supporting quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving across production and quality operations
