p b Quality Manager | Rotherham | MedTech Aerospace - Hybrid /b p /p p Where quality isn’t a support function, it’s critical to patient safety. /p p /p p We’re working with a precision engineering business in Rotherham supplying into medical devices and aerospace, now looking for a Quality Manager to take full ownership of the QMS and lead quality across the site. /p p /p p b The role: /b /p ul li Lead and develop the QMS aligned to ISO 13485 AS9100 /li li Own audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and customer audits /li li Oversee validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), CAPA, and risk management (ISO 14971) /li li Drive continuous improvement, right-first-time, and quality culture /li li Manage supplier quality and act as the key customer interface /li /ul p /p p b What we’re looking for: /b /p p Proven Quality leadership within medtech manufacturing environments /p p Ideally experience working within CNC machining or precision engineering environments (not required) /p p Someone who can lead, influence, and improve, not just maintain /p p /p p A high-impact role in a growing business where you’ll shape both systems and culture. /p
