Welcome to MAP

About us

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. We are the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement in the occupied Palestinian territory and Lebanon.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Officer to help drive forward MAP's digital fundraising programme at a pivotal moment for our work. You'll lead on the delivery of complex, multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns - recruiting new cash and regular givers through Meta, Google Ads, programmatic display and beyond - while shaping the strategy, testing plans and attribution models that make our digital fundraising smarter and more effective. This is a role with real scope: you'll manage campaigns end-to-end, drive conversion rate optimisation across our key digital products, and build the processes and content pipelines that let a small but ambitious team punch above its weight. If you're a performance marketer who wants your skills to translate directly into lifesaving healthcare for Palestinians, this is your chance. As you will have seen from the role profile, this post requires a minimum of two days per week in our London office. MAP has a flexible working policy to support employees with additional needs, caring responsibilities etc. However, it will not be possible for this role to be completely remote.

What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of MAP's paid digital fundraising programme, from campaign briefing through to optimisation and review
  • Develop and oversee our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) roadmap
  • Support on the development of our paid digital strategy, attribution models and reporting
  • Build and run testing plans to identify and scale what works
  • Improve internal and agency processes, including content sourcing and sign-off pipelines
  • Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and compliant conversion tracking

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing paid digital performance marketing campaigns across channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads and programmatic display
  • A strong eye for creative and storytelling, and an understanding of how paid and owned channels work together
  • Confidence managing multiple complex campaigns and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills - able to turn data from multiple sources into clear, actionable reporting
  • Demonstrable experience influencing and managing stakeholders, internally and externally
  • A good understanding of GDPR and the Fundraising Code of Practice
  • Desired experience working on regular giving recruitment campaigns across digital and direct marketing channels
  • Experience in a charity, humanitarian or campaigning environment is a plus, but not essential
