As a Trainee Compliance Officer, you will play an essential role in helping us uphold the high standards that protect our patients, clients, and teams. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to understand the inner workings of a fast‑growing healthcare organisation while building core skills in governance, risk, accreditation, and quality assurance. No two days are the same, and your work will directly support safe, high‑quality clinical services across the UK and Ireland.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparation for CQC, QSI, ISO9001, ISO15189, BS70000 and CHKS audits and surveys
- Gathering, reviewing and organising information for internal and external accreditation processes, including Medica Diagnostics Ireland
- Maintaining action logs, document management systems, and quality controls
- Completing and supporting internal audits and contributing to improvement initiatives
- Administrative support for DCB0129 and DCB0160 clinical risk standards
- Minuting meetings and coordinating follow‑up actions across multiple workstreams
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including accreditation bodies, NHS contacts and regulatory partners
This is a varied role where you will make a meaningful impact on compliance outcomes, patient safety, and operational excellence.
