The predicted salary is between 46200 - 63800 £ per year.

Salary: £55,000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their product-led delivery team due to organic growth.

Joining a dynamic team focusing on working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure quality, risk, and release readiness are consistently considered throughout the product lifecycle. This role would be a great opportunity with someone who is hands-on and has experience combining active testing with responsibility for shaping how QA is delivered day to day. The focus is on building fit-for-purpose QA practices that support reliable delivery and continuous improvement, aligned to product maturity and risk.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Senior QA, QA Lead, or Test Lead role
  • Strong hands-on manual testing capability
  • Strong experience creating and maintaining automated tests
  • Understanding of Agile, product-led delivery
  • Ability to assess risk and communicate clearly with Product and Engineering
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Services
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Test Plans
  • Experience testing APIs or integrations
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in regulated or complex environments
