Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00

Location: Hybrid/remote with regular travel to our Hastings HQ and London office to support leadership where required

Make impact happen behind the scenes. We’re looking for a proactive Senior Administrative Support professional to partner with our UK CEO and senior leadership. You’ll keep priorities moving, meetings productive and information flowing - so leaders can focus on decisions that drive patient services and operational excellence. What you’ll do:

  • Own complex diary management and schedule high‑profile meetings and events (virtual and in‑person)
  • Coordinate UK and international travel, ensuring smooth itineraries and contingency planning
  • Manage and triage confidential email correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
  • Prepare agendas and compile presentation packs by collating inputs from multiple teams
  • Take clear, action‑oriented minutes and track actions through to completion, holding stakeholders to account
  • Arrange logistics for UK management meetings and other leadership events
  • Support expenses reconciliation and executive administration as needed
  • Provide responsive, ad‑hoc assistance to the wider UK management team when priorities shift
  • Be comfortable travelling to meetings to support the CEO and senior team

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive administrative experience supporting senior leaders, with proven executive/secretarial support skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Confident, professional communication - written, verbal and with a polite phone manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy under pressure and strong planning/prioritisation
  • Discretion, integrity and a friendly, helpful approach; able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer‑focused mindset with resilience in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Desirable: Office management experience; knowledge of NHS/healthcare

Working pattern & set‑up:

This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00) with hybrid/remote working. You’ll visit Hastings HQ and our London office as needed for meetings and leadership events. This role has no direct reports.
