As a Trainee Compliance Officer, you’ll help us maintain the high standards that protect our patients, clients and colleagues. You’ll learn across audit, accreditation and quality systems, collaborate with experts across the UK and Ireland, and see your work directly support safe, high‑quality care.
What you’ll do:
- Support preparation for CQC, QSI, ISO9001, ISO15189, BS70000 and CHKS audits and surveys.
- Gather, review and organise evidence for internal/external accreditation and document control, including Medica Diagnostics Ireland.
- Maintain action logs and our document management system; help drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with internal audits and follow‑up actions across multiple workstreams.
- Provide admin support for DCB0129 and DCB0160 clinical risk standards.
You’ll bring:
- Clear, confident communication and strong collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail, organisation and a curiosity to learn.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and managing your own workload.
- Bonus points for experience in healthcare, quality, audit, data protection or administration (helpful, not essential).
