Are you an organised, proactive and detail‑driven administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Medica is looking for a Senior Administrative Support professional to partner directly with our UK CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting high‑profile meetings, coordinating complex schedules, and keeping actions and priorities moving across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing healthcare organisation that values accuracy, professionalism and a calm, solutions‑focused mindset.
What you’ll be doing:- Managing complex diaries and coordinating high‑profile meetings & events (virtual and in‑person)
- Preparing agendas, compiling presentations and taking accurate minutes with follow‑up actions
- Coordinating UK and international travel for senior leaders
- Managing confidential email correspondence and supporting with expenses
- Providing responsive support to the UK CEO and wider leadership team
- Supporting occasional meetings in Hastings and London
- Extensive senior‑level administrative experience, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, and confidence learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
