Salary: £26,227 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Hybrid – remote working & Hastings (Head Office) or London Office

About the role:

Medica Group is the market leader in teleradiology services across the UK and Ireland. Our Clinical Governance Team is focused on clinical excellence, providing robust quality monitoring and assurance to the Medica Board. We’re looking for a highly organised Clinical Governance Administrator to join us on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support key governance activity including audits, discrepancies, clinical queries, reporting, committee administration and governance records, while also contributing to process alignment work during the Medica / Axon integration.

You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders including Senior Management, operational teams, NHS clients, doctors, radiographers and governance colleagues, helping to ensure governance processes are well managed, accurately recorded and followed through to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting internal and client audit administration
  • Maintaining trackers, databases, governance records and reports
  • Coordinating discrepancies and clinical queries, including tracking, evidence capture, escalation and closure
  • Supporting the replication and embedding of agreed Medica Clinical Governance processes within Axon workflows during transition
  • Assisting with process documentation, working instructions, templates and guidance notes
  • Preparing committee papers, supporting meeting outputs and taking minutes
  • Tracking actions, risks, gaps and dependencies, and escalating where needed
  • Supporting Designated Body processes and wider Clinical Governance activity as required

  • Confidence working with sensitive information in a professional and confidential way
  • Ability to follow processes, support change and escalate issues appropriately

  • Experience in clinical administration, healthcare, NHS or medicolegal settings
  • Knowledge of RIS, PACS and patient medical records
  • Experience of minuting meetings and managing committee papers
