Medica Group is the UK and Ireland’s leading teleradiology provider, supporting NHS partners with high‑quality, clinically assured reporting services. Our Clinical Governance Team plays a critical role in protecting patient safety and upholding the highest clinical standards across our organisation.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven Clinical Governance Administrator to join us on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll directly support our pursuit of clinical excellence - managing key governance processes, maintaining accurate data, liaising with senior colleagues and clinicians, and contributing to committees that shape patient care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting internal and client audit processes
- Maintaining databases, extracting data and preparing reports (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Managing discrepancies and queries on Insight and manual logs
- Preparing papers for governance committees & taking minutes
- Supporting Designated Body processes for doctors
- Collaborating with senior leaders, clinical teams and NHS partners
You’re organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks at pace. You bring:
- Strong administration experience
- Confidence handling calls, inboxes and sensitive information
- Great attention to detail
- Competence with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt and use initiative
Desirable: experience in NHS/healthcare admin, PACS/RIS knowledge, minute‑taking.
This role is also a great fit for someone early in their career (such as recent apprentices) who is eager to develop and make an impact.
