Salary: £26,682.87 p/a dependent on experience. 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working - Working on a rota basis.
This is an exciting time to join the UK's largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex. As an Allocation Coordinator you will be working within the Service Delivery team to assign exams across the Elective service line and ensure reports are correctly prioritised.
Key responsibilities:
- Distribute X-rays, CT & MRI scans (exams) on the Elective service to the most appropriate reporters according to clinical specialism and urgency of exam.
- Maximise the volume of exams we can successfully report each day by fully utilising all rostered reporters and contacting those not rostered to encourage the picking up of additional sessions.
- Monitor and track reporting of exams to minimise the impact of dropped sessions.
- Fix any issues with exams and re-allocate, liaising with the hospital PACS team if any need action from the customer side.
- Proactive service management to ensure key metrics are delivered.
- Provide feedback on capacity, demand and panel suitability.
- Provide workflow assistance to reporters as required.
- Assist with the 4 hour and 24 hour service alongside other teams in Service Delivery.
- Maintain professional relationships with reporters.

Requirements:
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy.
- Experience of Service Delivery with a strong customer focus.
- Able to multi-task and refer to multiple data-sources effectively.
- Used to data manipulation, particularly with Excel.
- Pro-active problem-solver.
- Complaint management experience.
- Results focused and experience of working towards individual and organisational targets/ KPI's.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly on the phone and composing emails.
- Good organisational skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
