Joining a dynamic team focusing on commercial decision-making, forecasting, and business partnering across sales, operations, and technology teams.
In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation of UK forecasts, including rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, annual planning and target setting, and ad-hoc analysis of risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to support operational planning, commercial initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify performance trends, commercial opportunities, and areas for efficiency or improvement.
- Deliver commercial and financial recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
- Support evaluation of operational efficiencies, procurement initiatives, and commercial negotiations through data-driven analysis.
- Assist with strategic projects from a finance perspective, including business case preparation, budget tracking, and monitoring delivery of financial benefits.
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted finance partner as you grow in the role.

Requirements:
- Minimum +7 years experience in commercial finance, commercial analyst, or similar.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with an interest in data and analysis.
- Ability to translate data and operational metrics into clear financial insight.
- Comfortable working with forecasts, management reporting, and scenario analysis.
- Proactive, curious, and confident in taking initiative and ownership.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
