Remote Education Manager (Full Time)
Location: Fully Remote
Working Days: 5–6 days per week
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm / 9am–6pm UKT
Salary: GBP 2,500 – 3,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for responsible, organised and people-oriented Education Managers to guide students and families throughout their university application journey.
About the Role
As an Education Manager, you will be a key point of contact for students and parents, ensuring they feel supported, informed and accountable throughout their journey. You will manage student progress, coordinate with tutors and internal teams, and proactively resolve issues to deliver an exceptional student experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people and taking ownership in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Student & Parent Relationship Management
Onboard students through engaging Zoom sessions and establish strong relationships with families.
Provide timely guidance, updates and support through calls, Telegram, email and other channels.
Handle enquiries and concerns with professionalism, patience and empathy.
Student Progress & Application Management
Monitor students’ portfolio development, application progress, milestones and deadlines.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow up proactively on outstanding tasks.
Keep students organised and accountable, identifying concerns early and escalating issues when necessary.
Team Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with tutors and internal teams to ensure students receive appropriate resources and opportunities.
