Salary: GBP 3,000 per month + performance incentives
About the role
You will work closely with students and parents throughout their university application journey. You will be the person they can rely on for guidance, follow-ups, and support — helping them stay on track and have a positive experience with Medic Paths Education.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new students through friendly and engaging Zoom sessions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents and become their trusted point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure students stay on track with their portfolios and application progress.
- Respond to student and parent enquiries through WhatsApp, text, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with students on tasks, deadlines, and important milestones.
- Work closely with tutors and internal team members to provide students with the right resources and opportunities.
- Keep student records, progress updates, and internal information accurate and up to date.
- Help ensure students receive a smooth, supportive, and high-quality experience throughout their journey.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve our student support process.
About you
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
- Strong communicator who can communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Comfortable conducting Zoom/video calls and voice calls.
- Responsible, organised, and good at following up.
- Patient and empathetic when dealing with students and parents.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with CRM/database systems.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM with good accuracy.
- Stable internet connection and quiet, professional home working environment.
