We are looking for a driven and experienced Paid Search professional to join our talented team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing paid search strategies and is eager to develop their career in a forward-thinking agency, working with some of our largest ecommerce and lead generation clients.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for

  • Researching and selecting the most effective keywords to drive traffic to our client's website.
  • Developing and testing ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of PPC campaigns, providing insights into trends and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Fostering strong relationships with all client stakeholders and platform partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Using technology to maximise operational efficiencies, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices within the team.
  • Overseeing performance reporting, automation, testing roadmaps, search innovation, and finance processes.
  • Attending client meetings, delivering strategies to stakeholders, and managing international and award-winning PPC campaigns.
  • Keeping up to date with Pay Per Click Marketing

THE PERSON

Ideally you'll have

  • 2 years' experience in PPC, with a strong understanding of primary platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of strategic and tactical application of paid search.
  • Experience in feed management and its role in e-commerce businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, as well as Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • A genuine passion for marketing and advertising, with a keen interest in campaign management.
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, complemented by a highly analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A commercially focused approach with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
