Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking to join a vibrant agency and further develop your career? We're creating a new role to support the ambitious remit of our internal Marketing and Communications team. Based in our Newcastle head office with a hybrid working model, you would join a talented team integral to our growth plans. You'll need around 3 years in a Marketing role, ideally in a management position.

The Role

  • Coordinating and managing campaigns for the agency across all offices
  • Ensuring effective targeting and communication for new and existing clients
  • Supporting customer touch points to ensure awareness, interest, and client experience are all optimised
  • Collaborating with teams across the group to ensure effective coordination, management, and follow-through on all agency marketing activity and events

The Person

  • Over 3 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and the benefits of such services to business growth
  • At least 2 years' experience managing marketing activities and demonstrating ambitious results
  • Critical thinking skills proven through your ability to identify, organise, and manage commercially sound and creative marketing activities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality marketing material
  • Natural organisational skills; able to prioritise and manage the work of yourself and others to meet deadlines across multiple offices
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and update stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
