We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join us in nurturing and building trusted, commercial partnerships across the region. Working closely with our Marketing, Strategy, and internal delivery teams, you’ll establish yourself as a key contact for all things digital marketing. A sound understanding of business success drivers and a natural ability to connect with others, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the relevant people together to create exciting digital solutions that accelerate the impact of regional organisations. This is an ideal role for someone keen to develop a commercial career, who thrives off learning from and connecting with others, and is experienced in coordinating an end-to-end process through to successful completion.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to prospects to learn more about their business challenges and identify ways we can help them.
  • Developing a network of trusted relationships and new business prospects.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients.
  • Facilitating in-person meetings and leading proactively on outbound calls and emails to contact prospective clients.
  • Taking a strategic, consultative sales approach to identify and understand client needs effectively.
  • Organising internal teams and external contacts throughout the sales process in an engaging and effective way.
  • Maintaining excellent data hygiene and regularly providing data-driven recommendations using sales and marketing insight.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking events.
