Are you an experienced digital marketing Account Director looking for your next role?
We have a great opportunity in our Client Services team to lead the management of our key accounts across the water and utilities sectors.
You\’ll need in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, excellent communication and commercial skills, and a passion for developing talent and ambition in those around you.
The Role
You\’ll be responsible for:
# Overseeing the delivery of key accounts from single channel to fully integrated multi-channel campaigns for clients in the water and/or utilities sectors.
# The strategic direction of your accounts and coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for your clients.
# Managing client and senior stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights.
# Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their market and their business needs, and proactively identifying new opportunities that drive growth and profitability for Mediaworks and your clients.
# Leading and supporting the wider Client Services team with identifying and articulating commercial uplifts across all accounts.
# Managing, coaching and developing the skills and capabilities of junior members of the team.
# Always going above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

The Person
Ideally you\’ll have:
# A minimum of five years’ experience in a client-facing or strategic role within a digital marketing agency or consultancy.
# Experience managing PPC, SEO campaigns and/or Design and Development projects.
# Experience of working with senior marketing professionals in the water or utilities sector.
# A client-obsessed approach, with the gravitas to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and proven ability to prepare effective communication plans.
# A proven track record of onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, scaling partnerships, and coordinating decisions that drive profitability and excellency.
# An aptitude for solving problems and the confidence to influence and engage in the decision-making process.
# Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly and confidently.
And fantastic if you also have;
# A strong desire to learn by continually training and developing.
# Experience managing and nurturing junior talent including direct line management responsibilities.
# A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
