We\โre looking for a Freelance Paid Search Specialist who balances technical expertise with a collaborative mindset . In this role, you\โll be an integral part of our team, working closely with operations to align on strategy, drive qualified leads, and ensure our collective efforts maximize ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and potentially Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn).
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Write compelling ad copy, test headlines/CTAs, and manage ad creative execution.
Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign pacing, ensuring efficient spend.
Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score) using Google Analytics (GA4).
Provide and advise on sophisticated media plans with strong market insights and clear planning logic.
Ability to drive upsell opportunities and strengthen storytelling within media plans.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable optimization recommendations.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new beta features.
You\โre probably a match if
Proven experience (10+ years) with cross-region paid search strategies and growth plans for global clients.
Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Microsoft Advertising.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
Experience with remarketing, feed-based ads (Shopping), and performance max campaigns.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Google Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping) are a plus.
