As a Digital PR Manager at MediaVision, you will be a key part of developing our Digital PR team, collaborating closely with our Content and SEO teams to deliver brilliant work for a range of ambitious brands, including many of Britain’s top high street retailers. You’ll be empowered to lead on many aspects supporting the client lifecycle from pitch all the way through to delivery. You will also be encouraged to act as a leader within the PR team, promoting knowledge sharing and a culture of learning to help support more junior members of the team as they learn and grow.

Multilingual capability is a key requirement for this role. You should be fluent in at least one European language in addition to English, ideally German, French, or Italian, to support international PR efforts across our growing portfolio of clients in European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead innovative PR strategies and campaigns for assigned clients with the support of your manager.
  • Use a range of tools and sources to collect, process and creatively analyse data that will form the basis of successful PR strategy.
  • Support with and where relevant lead on creating in-depth plans, roadmaps, budget and hours planning for clients.
  • Execute the production of Digital PR campaigns – including creating strong data and content briefs.
  • Execute tailored outreach strategies, pitches, writing press releases and finding outreach opportunities that will get journalists interested in your clients.
  • Build relationships with key journalists and sell in headline grabbing campaigns to press.
  • Lead on and support performance management and reporting for clients - including running client meetings and presenting performance decks.
  • Follow department processes and support performance.
  • Support the senior Digital PR team in implementing new processes and strategies to improve our overall proposition.
  • Support with new client pitches.
  • Support on the management and performance development of one or more junior team members.
  • Help to create and attend internal training sessions to develop your Content / Creative / SEO and Digital PR skill set.
  • Cultivate your own specialism and be enabled to grow as a leader on this within the digital PR team and agency as a whole.
  • Represent the team and the company through online thought leadership and speaking at events and conferences.

Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • Circa. 4 years of experience in Digital PR and an agency environment.
  • Multilingual capability is a key requirement for this role. You should be fluent in at least one European language in addition to English, ideally German, French, or Italian.
  • A curious and innovative thinker.
  • A thorough understanding and history of successful Digital PR Campaigns.
  • A manager player, able to elevate him/herself to lead the team but still able to strategically deliver Digital PR.
  • Strong working knowledge of PR industry tools and products.
  • Strong project management, client management and presentation skills.
  • An ability to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
