As a Digital PR Executive at MediaVision, you will play a key role within the Digital PR team, working closely with colleagues across SEO and Content to deliver campaigns for some of the UK’s leading retail brands, for example: Urban Outfitters, River Island, New Look, Primark, and Abbott Lyon. This role supports the full client lifecycle, from pitching and ideation through to campaign execution, reporting, and relationship-building. Success in this position looks like consistently contributing to high-quality Digital PR campaigns that secure coverage and links from authoritative publications, support client SEO performance, and help the team hit agreed targets. You will grow your confidence in outreach, data analysis, and creative ideation, while developing a specialism and progressing as a future leader within the Digital PR function. This role sits at the heart of MediaVision’s integrated organic growth offering, helping to translate insight from proprietary tools into impactful stories that drive visibility, authority, and engagement for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support market, competitor, and campaign research to inform Digital PR strategies
  • Assist with the creation of detailed campaign plans, roadmaps, and timelines for clients
  • Help produce Digital PR campaigns by contributing to data briefs, content briefs, and creative concepts
  • Develop and support tailored outreach strategies with guidance from senior team members
  • Write press releases and outreach pitches that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with client objectives
  • Identify and secure relevant outreach opportunities that align with campaign goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists across relevant publications
  • Support performance tracking and reporting, using a range of tools to analyse, prepare, optimise and present performance insight
  • Communicate campaign activity, progress, and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities that could benefit existing clients or new business
  • Follow and maintain internal data processes and reporting dashboards
  • Develop a personal area of specialism and contribute expertise to the wider Digital PR team
  • Support agency and team thought leadership initiatives, including online content
  • Contribute to new business pitches through idea generation and strategic input
  • Attend internal and external training to build skills across Digital PR, SEO, content, and creative disciplines

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and engaging outreach copy
  • Confident verbal communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and speaking with clients
  • Experience in Digital PR, media relations
  • An interest in SEO and data-led storytelling
  • Experience working with a retail brand
  • Ability to research, interpret, and work with data to inform strategy and ideas
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback on board, and develop new skills
  • Familiarity with Digital PR tools or analytics platforms is beneficial but not essential
  • Multilingual capability is a bonus, but not required
