We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Media Planning & Buying Manager to lead the development and execution of cross-channel media campaigns. This role is central to ensuring our clients effectively reach multicultural audiences through the most relevant, efficient, and culturally nuanced media channels.
You will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and delivering campaigns across digital and traditional media, while continuously optimising performance and identifying new opportunities within diverse audience segments.
Media Strategy & Planning- Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives, with a strong focus on multicultural audience targeting.
- Translate audience insights and data into actionable media plans across digital, social, programmatic, OOH, print, and broadcast.
- Identify culturally relevant media channels, publishers, and platforms.
- Plan and execute media buys across key channels (offline and digital).
- Lead negotiations with media owners to secure optimal rates and added value.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Produce clear, client-facing reports demonstrating performance against KPIs.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on media-related matters.
- Present media strategies, plans, and results confidently and persuasively.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure integrated delivery.
- Stay ahead of media trends, particularly in multicultural and emerging channels.
- Identify new media opportunities, platforms, and partnerships.
- Support new business pitches with strategic media input.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in media planning and buying (agency-side preferred).
Strong experience across offline media and digital.
Experience working with audience data, insights, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and budget management.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
