We work across the full spectrum of media planning and buying services, with fantastic teams dedicated to everything from client leadership and media planning/activation to SEO and influencer marketing as well as advanced data solutions. An exciting opportunity exists to join the Client Leadership team, where the Account Manager will support the delivery of integrated media plans and campaigns across a range of clients, including two flagship accounts in the automotive and insurance categories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day account management, working closely with the Client Leadership and internal teams to deliver innovative media plans grounded in audience research and behavioural insights.
  • Acting as the day-to-day client contact, building strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Supporting the end-to-end campaign planning and activation process to deliver integrated, audience-first media plans for key clients.
  • Conducting category, audience and competitor research and briefing the account team to ensure a strong understanding of the category, client and audience.
  • Supporting the team with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Post Campaign Analyses (PCAs) and annual planning cycles, creating presentations and reports for successful client meetings.
  • Setting and consistently meeting high quality standards for communications planning and campaign deliverables across each client team.
  • Managing campaign timelines, deliverables and workflows, supporting the Client Leadership Business Director and Comms Planning team.
  • Managing account admin tasks, supporting the Business Directors, Account Directors and Operations teams to achieve operational excellence across client accounts.
  • Conducting audience research and validation using industry data sources including TGI and Ad Intel.
  • Analysing channel performance data and bringing recommendations to the Account Director for review.
  • Supporting the development of phasing strategies aligned to the client business calendar.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of media agency experience across client-facing roles, including both digital and offline.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport and act as a trusted partner to clients.
