We are the only media agency built on the principles of behavioural science. We combine best-in-class media, data & research to deliver authentic, creative and effective media solutions that address the real influences on people’s behaviour.

The role involves supporting the delivery of integrated media plans and campaigns across a range of clients, including two of our flagship accounts in the automotive and insurance categories. Responsible for day-to-day account management, you will work closely with the Comms Account Director and internal teams to deliver innovative media plans that are grounded in audience research and behavioural insights, a deep understanding of the client and measurable outcomes.

You will have experience of working across multiple clients and fast-moving campaigns, with the ability to juggle tasks and priorities whilst ensuring campaigns are managed effectively from brief to delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, has a strong understanding of media and is ready to take more ownership of the planning process from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Comms Account Director to translate client briefs into actionable planning direction, ensuring the media plans ladder up to strategy.
  • Support the team with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Post Campaign Analyses (PCAs) and annual planning cycles, creating presentations and reports and preparing key inputs for successful client meetings.
  • Work closely with the Media Activation, Operations and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Set and consistently meet high quality standards for communications planning and campaign deliverables across each of your client teams.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and workflows, supporting the Comms Account Director to consistently deliver high standards of service and high-quality planning output to our clients.
  • Manage client communications, triaging client queries, working with internal teams to implement solutions and communicating clear and regular campaign updates to clients.
  • Coordinate client deliverables and ensure all output meets a high standard before sharing with clients.
  • Brief internal teams with clear deliverables, timelines and instructions to ensure plans and campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
  • Manage account admin tasks, supporting the Business Directors, Account Directors and Operations teams to achieve operational excellence across our client accounts.
Comms Planning Experience required:
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting media investment modelling and contribute to budget justification across assigned accounts.
  • Conducting audience research and validation using industry data sources including TGI and Ad Intel.
  • Analysing channel performance data and bringing recommendations to the AD for review.
  • Supporting integrated reach and frequency planning across all channels.
  • Developing understanding of investment options and contribute to the rationale behind budget recommendations.
  • Supporting the development of phasing strategies aligned to the client business calendar.
  • Researching and evaluating new channel opportunities and presenting findings to the AD.

  • Highly organised and reliable.
  • Curious, collaborative and driven.
  • Team-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
