Mediaplus Connect is part of Mediaplus UK, the UK's only media agency built on the principles of behavioural science.

Founded in 1982 with a deliberate mission to shake up a network-dominated industry, we are still proudly independent more than 40 years later, with over 160 people across London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

Here in Birmingham, Mediaplus Connect is a small, close-knit team, the kind of place where you know everyone, decisions get made quickly, and your work has a visible impact from day one.

But small does not mean limited.

Alongside Mediaplus UK, we sit within House of Communication UK, an integrated group bringing together media, creative, social, platform, and behavioural science, backed by Serviceplan Group's global network across 23 countries.

That means you get the feel of a boutique agency with the resource, tools, and expertise of something much bigger behind you.

We cover the full spectrum of media planning and buying, from client leadership and channel planning to programmatic, SEO, data, and influencer marketing.

We also have teams dedicated to DE&I, wellbeing, sustainability, and culture, because we think the way an agency treats its people is directly connected to the quality of work it produces.
