Medialicious is a fast-growing agency specializing in digital marketing and affiliate operations within the social casino industry. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support our marketing operations and martech functions. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, compliance with contracts, and operational efficiency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract & Compliance Management: Oversee the contract approval process, ensuring all third-party contracts and NDAs from marketing channels are reviewed and approved in collaboration with senior management and legal teams. Maintain an organised record of all marketing contracts, tracking renewals, changes, and compliance requirements.
- Marketing Accounts & System Management: Monitor and maintain all marketing accounts, ensuring accurate documentation of any changes, issues, and status updates. Act as the central point of contact for internal marketing systems, including JIRA, Monday.com, Cellxpert, Looker, Tableau, and Appsflyer. Ensure proper coordination of marketing operations tasks, liaising between marketing channels and internal teams to execute tasks efficiently. Oversee key production lines such as customised welcome offers, new landing pages and all customer funnel assets. Support the Operations and Martech managers in opening new accounts or launching new brands.
- Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Conduct ongoing checks on all customer funnels, testing tracking, promotions, offers, and deals to ensure smooth marketing activities. Be responsible for tracking app activity via Appsflyer, including fraud prevention, tracking accuracy, and user journey optimization. Monitor fraudulent activity—work alongside all marketing channels & fraud teams and associated platforms to make sure our traffic maintains fraud benchmarks. Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROI) across key marketing channels and platforms, highlighting significant deviations or opportunities to the Martech/Operations Manager. Weekly reporting on the refer a friend program for all client brands. Deep dive into competitor or outside of industry referral programs, loyalty programs, and gamification techniques (e.g., streaks, badges, surprise rewards).
- Affiliate & Partner Platform Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Medialicious’ affiliate platform, escalating issues and implementing new system developments as needed.
- Marketing Workflow & Asset Coordination: Serve as the Monday.com master, providing support and troubleshooting for marketing teams using the platform. Work closely with marketing channels to coordinate and oversee the production of marketing tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in marketing operations, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing support.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Looker, Tableau, Appsflyer, and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to liaise with legal teams and senior stakeholders to manage contracts and NDAs.
- Experience in fraud monitoring and prevention within digital marketing or affiliate programs is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
