Key Responsibilities- Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Act as the primary creative driver for paid social and digital campaigns, developing original concepts rooted in UGC, motion design, and influencer marketing.
- Build and own the strategic framework for using UGC-style content to drive user acquisition at scale.
- Translate brand guidelines, market trends, and performance insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams and external creators.
- Content Development & Storyboarding
- Create storyboards, scripts, and visual outlines that bring key messages and creative ideas to life for motion graphics, live-action shoots, and hybrid UGC formats.
- Write compelling shortâform copyâheadlines, CTAs, hooks, and VO scriptsâthat enhance engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the creative development of all assets, ensuring topâtier quality and unified brand expression across video, animation, and static formats.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Serve as the creative lead within crossâfunctional "squads," partnering closely with Paid Social, Design, and Influencer teams to ensure full alignment between concept, content, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Team to ideate and optimise branded creator content for acquisition and retention.
- Work with video editors to shape raw footage, livestream clips, and UGC submissions into polished, highâperforming ads.
- Compliance, Testing & Optimisation
- Ensure all creative output complies with social gaming regulations, platform policies, and brand standards.
- Review performance data regularly to refine concepts, drive A/B tests, and evolve creative direction for improved ROI and engagement.
- A strategic and imaginative creative with a track record of producing viral, subâ30âsecond video content designed for performance.
- Experienced in using UGC-style content, motion graphics, and influencer storytelling to create thumbâstopping ads.
- Strong visual communicatorâskilled at articulating ideas through storyboards, scripts, and clear creative direction.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming or social casino space, including compliance parameters and acquisitionâfocused messaging.
- A portfolio showing successful performanceâdriven video campaigns, including UGC, motionâdesign, and influencerâled content.
- 3+ years in creative strategy or content creationâideally within iGaming, social casino, or a similarly regulated DTC category.
