As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting Medialab’s recruitment efforts.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion, hiring managers, and the wider People team to deliver a smooth, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day recruitment activities, a high volume of roles, help attract diverse talent, and provide advice and guidance to hiring managers.

  • HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to take role briefs and provide advice on job descriptions, adverts, and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage candidate movement in our ATS by screening applicants, tracking progress, and keeping all our recruitment data clean and up to date.
  • Keep track of key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, candidate conversion, and channel performance, to continuously tweak sourcing approaches.
  • Embed competency-based interview frameworks and fair assessment tools to remove bias and elevate hiring standards.
  • Spot opportunities to refine the recruitment journey, whether that’s updating email templates, tweaking interview tasks, or testing new sourcing tools.
  • Work with the People & Talent Acquisition Administrator to coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and feedback collection.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
  • Proactively search for candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Develop relationships with passive candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Draft engaging job adverts and recruitment content that reflect Medialab’s culture and values.
  • Stakeholder Support & Relationships
  • Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market insights, and inclusive hiring techniques.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across all agency departments so team leads see you as a strategic talent partner
  • Use live recruitment data and candidate pipeline reports to keep stakeholders clearly informed on progress, potential bottlenecks, and time-to-fill projections.
  • Provide clear, data-informed updates on recruitment progress to hiring teams and the broader People department.
  • MUST HAVE SKILLS
  • Experience recruiting across typical agency disciplines, including Media Planning & Strategy, Digital Performance (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic), Data Analytics, and Client Services.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition (in-house or agency), preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
  • Skilled in navigating ATS platforms and proficient with proactive candidate search tools like Linked In Recruiter.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage dynamic, high-volume recruitment loads seamlessly.
  • Genuine passion for candidate experience and a deep commitment to driving equity, diversity, and accessibility in hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the natural confidence to influence hiring managers and build trust with candidates.
