We are looking for a Paid Social Account Executive to join our Digital Team and play an important role in delivering paid social campaigns for some of the UK’s most ambitious brands and charities. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in paid social or a strong grounding in digital media, and wants to build deeper channel expertise across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging social environments. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across brand and performance campaigns, contribute to planning and optimisation discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, activation, and QA of paid social campaigns across key platforms.
  • Assist with regular optimisation cycles, using platform data to identify what is working, what needs improving and where we can push performance further.
  • Support reporting across paid social campaigns, turning platform data into clear, useful commentary that links back to client KPIs and helps teams make better decisions.
  • Help keep client and internal teams updated through clear status reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and timely follow‑ups.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Hands‑on experience or strong foundational knowledge of paid social activation across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of core paid social metrics such as impressions, reach, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and budget pacing.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and genuine interest in how paid social drives outcomes for clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data in Excel, Google Sheets or reporting dashboards.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, campaign data and platform metrics.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide timely updates to internal teams, clients and media partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of tracking, tagging, pixels, UTMs, GA4 or conversion measurement.
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards or data visualisation platforms.
  • Exposure to wider digital channels such as Paid Search, Display, Video, Programmatic or Partnerships.
