We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Client Leadership team and play an important role in delivering brilliant media campaigns for some of the UK’s most ambitious brands and charities. This role is ideal for someone who already has some experience in planning (with offline planning, particularly AV planning as a bonus) and wants to build deeper comms planning expertise across holistic campaigns. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across brand and performance campaigns, contribute to planning and client discussions.

How you will make an impact

  • Support the planning process for campaigns across key accounts with additional hands‑on learning within offline.
  • Support with regular reporting cycles, using planning tools to help answer campaign briefs with support from the wider team, and work with the wider activation team to develop your channel knowledge.
  • Help turn insights into clear, useful commentary that links back to client KPIs and helps teams make better decisions.
  • Keep client and internal teams updated through clear status reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and timely follow‑ups.

What you bring to the team – Must have skills

  • Some hands‑on experience of paid media channels, namely offline such as AV, OOH, Audio or Print.
  • You are curious, proactive and genuinely interested in how paid media drives outcomes for clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data in Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, campaign data and a good communicator.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to provide timely updates to internal teams, clients and media partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and campaigns.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience using AV planning tools such as DEN, Media Ocean suite, Adalyser, Tech Edge but not essential.
  • Experience with planning tools, dashboards or data visualisation platforms.
  • Exposure to wider channels such as digital.
