YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE You will take the lead in managing and supporting several Digital Executives, overseeing the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, and ensuring seamless client communication. Reporting to an Account Director (Digital), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work and driving performance across key accounts. This role is focused on Programmatic Display and Video. You will balance hands‑on, day-to-day activation within DSPs with managing strategic relationships across key media partners and publishers. This position presents a defined career trajectory, with opportunities to drive digital innovation and development across several key clients. You’ll work on a blend of Brand and Performance campaigns, gaining exposure to both digital and offline channels and developing a deep understanding of integrated media strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading response to briefs and management of day-to-day media planning and activation for display and video strategy across your key clients.
- Manage delivery of day-to-day client leadership across digital campaigns and activations, owning the end-to-end campaign set-up process, including QA, budget pacing and timely delivery of campaign reports.
- Lead weekly optimisation cycles, using platform data and insight to provide recommendations to improve channel performance and deliver client outcomes.
- Management of Digital Executives, ensuring delivery of best-in-class client communication and best practice digital activation.
- Deliver accurate and detailed media plans and support annual planning across digital channels, including display and video. Including providing reasoned rationale and performance projections based on client/platform data.
- Support Account Directors in building and presenting strategic recommendations to clients to help them achieve their long-term objectives, whilst also continuing to raise the bar and constructively challenging media plans to drive growth for clients.
- Lead the set-up of tracking for digital campaigns including placing pixels. Running tests to ensure tracking is set up correctly and conversion events are accurately reported.
- Support digital team initiatives, encouraging adoption of agreed processes, ways of working and frameworks, providing guidance to Digital Executives.
- Support new business development initiatives, as required.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Proven experience managing end-to-end programmatic activations.
- Deep, hands‑on experience with DV360 is essential for this role.
- Track record of collaborating with major media partners and publishers (e.g., Teads, Yahoo, Ozone, Pixability) to execute impactful campaigns.
- Proven ability to train and develop Account Executives, ensuring best-in-class processes and optimal campaign performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a client planning team.
- Previous line management experience, with a track record of guiding and developing junior team members.
- Highly numerate and able to set and monitor budgets across multiple campaigns.
