YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
We are looking for a Search Account Manager to play an integral role within our Digital Team, requiring deep experience and understanding of Paid Search activation and strategy. This role will serve several clients who work with us across channels, with varying budgets, maturity and expectations. This role sits within the Digital Team, reporting to an Account Director and managing at least one Account Executive. This role requires a strong understanding of how to set up, monitor and optimize Paid Search campaigns and be able to report back to clients on key trends. The successful candidate will be passionate about Paid Search and be able to independently dissect and manage campaigns. The position offers significant room for growth and career progression with training provided to cover any knowledge gaps. The primary focus of this role is across Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as campaign management using Search Ads 360. Ensuring best practices are in place, delivering strong performance and managing client relationships will be key aspects of the role.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Must Have Skills
- Experience in expert-level paid search activation across major platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360.
- Confident in using tools such as Google Analytics and strong working knowledge measurement and tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor to manage, audit and scale complex accounts independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex technical search concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven track record in performance marketing to hit KPI’s and drive measurable growth.
Nice to Have Skills
- Line management experience where you have managed and developed Account Executives, ensuring that they are given the direction and skills to exceed clients expectations.
- Experience with search planning tools such as search web would also be a plus.
