YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
You will take the lead in managing and supporting several Digital Executives, overseeing the day-to-day execution of social campaigns, and ensuring seamless client communication. Reporting to an Account Director (Digital), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work and driving performance across key accounts. This role is primarily focused on Paid Social, with an opportunity to work across Display and Video, as well as the opportunity to contribute to other digital channels including Search, Programmatic, and Partnerships, offering a well-rounded and strategic approach to campaign management. You’ll work on a blend of Brand and Performance campaigns, gaining exposure to both digital and offline channels and developing a deep understanding of integrated media strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Leading the response to briefs and managing day-to-day media planning and activation for Paid Social strategy for your key clients.
- Managing delivery of day-to-day client leadership across digital campaigns and activations, owning the end-to-end campaign set-up process, including QA, budget pacing, and timely delivery of campaign reports.
- Leading weekly optimisation cycles, using platform data and insights to recommend and implement performance improvements, with a focus on paid social outcomes.
- Managing Digital Executives, ensuring best-in-class client communication and best practice activation across social channels.
- Delivering accurate and detailed media plans and supporting annual planning across paid social and wider digital channels, providing clear rationale and performance projections informed by client and platform data.
- Supporting Account Directors in building and presenting strategic recommendations to clients, helping them achieve long-term objectives while constructively challenging plans to drive growth.
- Leading the set-up and QA of tracking for digital campaigns, including pixel placement and testing to ensure accurate reporting of conversion events.
- Contributing to digital squad initiatives, encouraging adoption of agreed processes, frameworks, and ways of working, and providing guidance to Digital Executives.
- Supporting new business development initiatives as required.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Expertise in Paid Social activation is crucial, with strong knowledge of platform tools (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and a strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and tracking.
- Proven ability to train and develop Account Executives, ensuring high quality campaign delivery and process excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a client planning team.
- Previous line management experience, with a track record of guiding and developing junior team members.
- Highly numerate and confident in setting and monitoring budgets across multiple campaigns.
- An ability to work across multiple accounts in a fast paced agency.

- Experience in Display, Video, and DV360.
- Experience with planning tools such as TouchPoints, TGI, and YouGov.
- Exposure to broader digital channel planning and activation, as well as offline channels.
