YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
We’re looking for an Account Director to lead on two of our key charity clients. You will report directly to the Business Director and line manage an Account Manager. You’ll be a central figure in a high-performing team, working collaboratively with key stakeholders including five other Account Executives.
This is a client-facing leadership role, focused on day-to-day oversight, strategic planning, and delivery excellence across a diverse range of campaigns. While the work spans multiple channels, a strong grasp of digital media is essential due to the complexity and breadth of activity we manage.
One client is entering its second year of partnership with us following a landmark 2024 Brand campaign launch and a newly completed Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) project, making this a pivotal and exciting time to get involved. For the other, we’ve recently wrapped a high-impact Brand campaign using TV, BVOD, radio, and social channels.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will lead integrated media planning and execution across various products and audiences, including:
- Client 1: Managing campaigns across DRTV, print, social, search, and display – covering both cash and regular giving products, as well as upper-funnel brand activity. You’ll be pivotal in strengthening the client relationship, providing strategic leadership, and project management excellence to evolve the partnership.
- Client 2: Steering campaign development and execution for a well-established client, including major brand campaigns and always-on social initiatives. This includes working across media types and formats, from TV and partnerships to digital activations, to drive both reach and resonance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Must Have Skills
- Proven expertise in client servicing and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong strategic and media planning capabilities
- Proficiency with planning and insight tools (e.g., YouGov, TGI, etc.)
- Excellent project and task management skills
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in digital campaign planning and execution
