We are seeking a Corporate Development and Partnerships Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving MediaKind’s growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic industry partnerships. This dual mandate involves both the execution of M&A strategies and expanding the reach of MediaKind’s products by fostering key industry relationships.

  • Drive strategic identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities to enhance corporate growth and market positioning.
  • Develop and utilize extensive industry networks and analytical tools to source high-quality deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage industry leaders and potential partners, fostering relationships that facilitate collaboration opportunities aligned with company strategic objectives.
  • Provide structure and organization to the partnerships organization by facilitating contract review, assembling presentation decks, and ensuring accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create robust analyses, including dynamic excel models, to evaluate financial value of prospective partnership or acquisition targets.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an internationally-leading institution.

Experience: At least 8+ years of work experience, preferably in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development.

A strong candidate will complement robust, fact-based analysis with the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively with both internal and external parties.
