We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Youwe team in Shrewsbury. As a Project Manager, you act as the bridge between the customer and the team, translating client needs into clear, practical goals. You coach and motivate a diverse project team, guiding them toward shared objectives in an agile, collaborative way. At Youwe, you serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish.
You will monitor project timelines, plan and prioritize key activities, and keep stakeholders aligned through effective communication and reporting. You build strong customer relationships, manage budgets responsibly, and ensure that the final delivery exceeds expectations.
Who You Are

- An experienced professional with a background as a project manager, e-commerce manager, delivery manager, or product owner within a digital agency.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and switching seamlessly between different disciplines and stakeholders.

- A feedback-oriented individual who is always looking to improve processes and elevate the status quo.
- A team player and go-getter who can effectively balance the interests of both Youwe and the customer.
- Comfortable working in an international environment alongside colleagues from more than 25 nationalities.
What You Have
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Product Owner.
- Experience within a digital agency or complex digital environments is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Experience using project and workflow software, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum (applied pragmatically).
