Join the EssenceMediacom team as a Performance Account Executive, supporting the adidas European account in London. Your focus will be on eCommerce reporting across digital channels in more than 20 EU markets. The role involves coordinating finance cycles, campaign reporting, and maintaining strong collaboration between the client, Digital and Social Hubs, and local country teams.

Responsibilities

  • Digital cross‐channel reporting and performance – paid search, social, and programmatic.
  • Provide accurate, timely reports for twice‐weekly performance updates across lower‐funnel, mid‐funnel, and app acquisition.
  • Assist in creating post‐campaign analyses and quarterly reviews.
  • Manage cross‐channel set‐up and approval for eCommerce campaigns in the global adidas reporting tool.
  • Help manage the finance process, reporting on monthly budgets and spends across all eCommerce channels.
  • Track purchase orders and support their workflow.
  • Learn client account servicing fundamentals and best practices for delivering client KPIs.
  • Stay proactive in the eCommerce space – keep up with trends, market insights, and new opportunities.
  • Respond to global requests and attend weekly performance calls and daily internal team catch‐ups.
  • Ensure client follow‐ups and team requests are executed promptly and professionally.
  • Support the implementation of European performance test‐and‐learn roadmaps.
  • Support roll‐out and usage of agentic tools and solutions across the broader EU team.
