Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a diligent AV Account Director with at least three years of planning and or buying experience to work on the Reckitt accounts. In this role you will be responsible for the entire planning and buying process within AV, where you will regularly make recommendations to the client founded in insight and evidence, with audit guarantees in mind.
Ideally we would also like to see knowledge across other AV channels such as Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV, Cinema and Radio. This is to ensure you are equipped to plan all facets of AV within an industry leading team.

In three months, you would have:
- Have a full understanding of all the key planning and buying tools across AV.
- Understand the capabilities of your team members, with a plan to manage high performers.
- Built a strong working relationship with the other individuals within AV Planning and Investment.
- Gained a good understanding of the client businesses which you will oversee.
- Overseen the delivery of AV plans and responses on time and without errors.
- Have a solid grasp of all the commercial aspects of your role (clients’ businesses and ours).
In six months, you would have:
- Demonstrated your ability to make AV recommendations founded in insight.
- Formed a strong working relationship with your buyers, overseeing airtime management and delivery.
- Implemented a robust test and learn framework for relevant clients in the group to show how our AV planning and buying is pushing their businesses forward (beyond just media metrics).
- Built strong working relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally, this includes key client contacts, Comms Planners and Investment Leads within our Business Unit.
- Started to demonstrate to your clients an improvement in key business performance metrics.
In 12 months, you would have:
- Delivered stable or improving client referral scores on all your client businesses.
- Delivered demonstrable revenue growth or value saving within your clients.
- Be able to lead AV recommendations with minimal input from the Director.
- Made a meaningful impact on the audit delivery through improved airtime management.
- To form an opinion on the overall implementation response, guiding media outside your discipline.
