TJX Europe is seeking an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager for a 15-month FTC to develop and deliver our Occupational Health provision across the UK and Ireland. You will partner with providers, support complex cases, and guide HR teams to ensure timely, effective wellbeing support.
You will use data to identify trends and promote proactive wellbeing, including reasonable adjustments and neurodiversity support, while collaborating with stakeholders and external providers to improve.
