Role and Responsibilities
This role will aim to champion network connectivity on the global LEGO account acting as the market excellence lead for the +50 LEGO markets. You will provide the feedback loop for the global operating model; whereby global creates and local markets activate. As such you will work on a wide variety of client project requests and be responsible for the curation of best practice ways of working and processes. This role is highly rewarding as Team IPG are a strategic partner to LEGO – there will be opportunity to work on exciting projects that are embedded with the LEGO values of fun and creativity.
- The CAM team are the main point of contact for global project briefs, and you will support the Group Director and Director on new briefs and have the opportunity to lead on selected projects.
- You will act as the main point of contact for global clients to gather local market insights.
- You will collaborate with markets on ad hoc requests such as competitive reporting, audience insights, campaign performance, media spend, etc., supported by a Junior Executive.
- You will be good at managing multiple stakeholders, managing their expectations on project timings and deliverables often required to manage a project from start-to-end.
- Facilitate the client annual awards process with the output a showcase of the winners and collateral of best practice case studies.
- Finance lead on the account.
REQUIRED SKILLSET & EXPERIENCES:
- Experience and passion to work in a global role, managing market relationships and driving change in existing behaviours as and when appropriate.
- Ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Problem solving approach, seeing issues as opportunities to redefine processes and WOW.
- Positive (glass half full) outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables) proficient and fluent in PowerPoint slide curation.
- Analytical mindset and a natural affinity and competence for handling figures and data.
