About Us Mediabrands Content Studio is the in-house content production studio delivering work for all of Mediabrands’ clients. MBCS is a multi-disciplinary team of content producers working across many large global and regional brands.

Role Description Mediabrands Content Studio is a collective of creative teams within Mediabrands, servicing all agencies within our group. Our divisions include Addressable Content, Original Production, Influencers, Partnerships, and Design. We are seeking an in-house expert in the DCO and Addressable Content space to lead our Addressable Content team on a 12 month FTC. This team manages all DCO and addressable campaigns across various media disciplines, requiring a leader who can champion DCO initiatives throughout the business.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead the Addressable Content team, promoting DCO across all Mediabrands agencies.
  • Sales and Presentation: Promote DCO and Addressable Content within internal teams and present our offerings to clients.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the internal product team to enhance our service offerings.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects and clients across different time zones, ensuring organisational efficiency.
  • Communication: Conduct daily check-ins with teams, coordinate across departments, and maintain internal and external communications.
  • Presentations: Present to both internal and external audiences.
  • Case Studies: Develop case studies showcasing successful projects.
  • Deck Creation: Create compelling decks for internal teams.
  • New Business Pitches: Pitch new business opportunities.
  • Timeline Management: Organise feedback calls with clients and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Assess and manage project risks proactively.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, hire freelancers when necessary, and report costs to the head of the department.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the escalation point for all live projects.
  • Creative Leadership: Provide thought leadership on using DCO effectively for projects.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Strong presentation skills for internal teams and client-facing engagements. Proficient in fostering open communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Experience in DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation): Proven track record of managing and executing successful DCO campaigns. Understanding of DCO technologies and platforms, with the ability to leverage these tools to optimise content delivery and performance. Ability to develop and implement innovative DCO strategies that drive engagement and ROI.
  • Sales Experience: Strong background in selling digital content solutions to clients, including the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions. Experience in developing persuasive sales pitches and proposals. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience Working Across Multiple Time Zones: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams spread across various time zones. Proficiency in coordinating meetings and communications to accommodate different schedules.
