This role is a pivotal part of the Addressable team and is responsible for the activation and implementation of strategy across Search, Video, App and Social channels.
Responsibilities
- Tactical and strategic knowledge of how search, social, app and video platforms work.
- Day-to-day management of operational output for reporting and optimisation of client media across our UK team but covering clients that run Europe wide too.
- Management of a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure process adherence, strategic output and quality of day-to-day client deliverables.
- Operational leadership working alongside the Biddable director to ensure best in class process workflow and cadence to automate and drive efficiencies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement processes and hold the team accountable for these to ensure operational excellence.
- In-depth performance knowledge is required as clients utilise MMM models, brand tracking and in-platform measurement to measure success. You must be able to understand and manipulate data and confidently present findings to clients.
- Build relationships with key media owners and publishers to push them towards a learning framework for clients.
- Management of tracking, trafficking and bid management through appropriate tools (e.g: SA360, Campaign Manager, Marin, Sprinklr etc.).
- Oversee, support and develop junior team members, managing daily responsibilities and long-term career development aligned to core capabilities.
- Support on wider client and agency projects, taking ownership of key workstreams to support the biddable director and team leadership.
- Drive consistently high work quality standards across the team, and ladder strategic insights into data-driven planning.
Excellence in Client Service
- Act as senior point of contact for agency and client stakeholders, working with biddable director to manage overall team output, priorities and quality of work.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with relevant stakeholders to manage expectations, and any escalations that arise.
- Expertly manage and prioritise the needs of internal and external stakeholders, supporting your team in prioritising tasks and deliverables successfully.
- Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
- Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
- Positively represent Mediahub at all times.
