And finally activating the plan following industry best practices and standards.
With support from an Executive and clear direction from your line manager, you will take the strategic imperatives and communications idea and identify appropriate communications solutions to client problems. A core responsibility of the role is to ensure that Initiative’s suite of tools and data sources are fully utilized and that these solid, data driven fundamentals underpin all our work, so an interest in data and planning tools is required to thrive in this position. However, there are some common themes that run through all of these; the quality of the work must be high, and we will support you in making sure you are meeting these standards and growing your skill set in doing so.
We also need someone who can effectively oversee a process of managing others to ensure that projects come together flawlessly, as well as foster a good relationship with multiple areas of the business.

- Work with relevant team members across the wider business to ensure client objectives are met.
- Provide insights during weekly meetings on current campaign performance.

- Continually developing your skills across a variety of digital media channels.
- Collaborate and negotiate with media publishers to build suitable mixed media plans.
- Working with the Associate Director, Partnerships to identify new client/business opportunities.
- Working with the client leads regarding the management of projects and ensuring client and internal expectations are delivered on.
