Own the simulator the robot learns in, and the gap between it and the floor it walks on. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain high-fidelity physics simulation of the humanoid and its environments. Own system identification so the model matches measured hardware. Run domain randomisation and transfer experiments; quantify the sim-to-real gap. Provide the scaled simulation infrastructure the training runs depend on. Requirements: Physics simulation for robotics (Isaac, MuJoCo, Gazebo or similar); system identification; contact and actuator modelling; large-scale parallel simulation.
