Design the line that builds the robot: process, tooling, stations, takt and the route from prototype to 1,000 units a year. Key responsibilities: Own process design, station layout, tooling and takt for humanoid assembly. Lead the industrialisation of designs coming out of engineering. Own capital equipment selection and installation. Drive yield, cycle time and cost per unit. Requirements: Manufacturing engineering leadership; NPI through to volume; lean and process design; complex electromechanical assembly; automotive, aerospace or robotics background.
